Last April 12, the blessing and inauguration of the new Registry of Deeds-Land Registration Authority (RD-LRA) office took place at The Bunker, along with the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).

Department of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla was the guest of honor at the event and emphasized the importance of the land registration system and digital security for economic development.

“We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Secretary Remulla for recognizing the progress and development of our province,” Bataan Governor Joet Garcia said in his Facebook Page post.

Also present at the occasion were LRA Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios, RD-Bataan Head Atty. Amante Capuchino, DOJ Asec. Jose Arturo Malvar, DOJ Usec. Jose Cadiz Jr., Congressman Abet Garcia, Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Balanga City Mayor Francis Garcia, Pilar Mayor Charlie Pizarro, Samal Mayor Alex Acuzar, Hermosa Mayor Jopet Inton, PNP Bataan Provincial Director Police Col. Palmer Tria, heads of departments of the Provincial Government, and staff of RD-LRA Region 3 and Bataan.

Garcia added that the current projects such as the construction of the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge provide a great opportunity for the economy.

“The opening of the RD Office at The Bunker is timely in making our services more accessible, faster and efficient for our fellow citizens,” Garcia said.
